ClaimBee was born out of personal experience. As frequent travelers, who, like millions of others, faced flight delays and cancellations, what we saw was preatty clear. While the law protects air passengers the actual process seems far too complicated for most people to follow through.

Also, as lawyers, while handling thousands compansation cases, time and time again, we watched airlines appear cooperative at first, only to go silent when a claim was filed. Passengers were left completely alone, forced to handle each step that often included formal complaints, months of unanswered emails and even lawsuits.
